The new apartment complex is situated high above the cliff line of Santa Ursula which offers an amazing panoramic view over the Orotava valley, Pico del Teide and Puerto de la Cruz. Building work can occur because the apartments are in an expanding exclusive residential area.

Nearby you can find wonderful native restaurants and supermarkets (800 m away). Puerto de la Cruz is 7 km westwards.

All the apartment houses have their own terrace. They are offering a lot of space and are well equipped. The two different apartment categories just differ in their number of bedrooms. There is a small solar-heated swimming-pool. In addition to that you can use the tennis court, table tennis and the swimming pool in our partner hotel in Puerto de la Cruz.
